- Conduct initial walkthroughs and assessments with customers
- Measure air quality, moisture, and humidity levels using specialized equipment
- Collect air and material samples for mold analysis
- Recommend appropriate remediation and treatment solutions
- Install drying equipment, including fans and dehumidification systems
- Perform post-remediation testing and diagnostics
- Educate customers on mold prevention and indoor environmental health
- Document job findings and recommendations according to company standards
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and service needs
- Represent Radon Be Gone and Protect Environmental in a professional, customer-focused manner
- High School Diploma or GED1+ year of experience in construction, environmental services, HVAC, building maintenance, or a related field preferred
- Ability to obtain mold assessment/remediation certification (IICRC or applicable state certification) within the required timeline
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- This position operates primarily in field environments and requires frequent walking, climbing ladders, and lifting equipment
- Capable of occasionally working in crawl spaces, attics, and on roofs
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
