Position Overview:
Receptionist: The Service Department Receptionist will greet and assist customers and employees in person and via phone. This position reports to the Service Department Manager. Key Required Proficiencies: Filing Photocopying Scanning Answering incoming calls Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Preferred Skills:
Basic computer skills Excellent communication skills Experience with MS Word, Power Point, and Excel preferred.
