Filler Operator
tradin organic agriculture bvFort Pierce (FL)
About the role
Maintenance Manager Tradin Organic Beverage Foundry (TOBF) is Tradin's newly established juice and beverage manufacturing facility in Fort Pierce, Florida — a strategic investment in building a fully integrated organic ingredients and beverage supply chain. This isn't a satellite office or a contract plant. This is Tradin planting a flag in U.S. beverage manufacturing, and Fort Pierce is where it starts. We're looking for a Maintenance Manager who is ready to build something. Not inherit a perfectly running operation — build one. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled F&B plant engineer who knows how to drive reliability, develop a team, keep a storeroom tight, and hunt down the root cause of failures until they stay fixed. If you'd rather be on the floor than behind a desk — and you have the track record to back it up — we want to talk.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
