Job Summary:
The Consumer Experience Specialist is dedicated to creating outstanding experiences forconsumers by delivering personalized support across phone, email, chat, and additional contactchannels. Acting as a trusted brand ambassador, this role resolves inquiries, assists with productorders and service-related needs, and strengthens consumer loyalty through responsivecommunication, problem-solving, and a commitment to consumer satisfaction.
Supervisory Responsibilities: ? None
Duties/Responsibilities:
? Assist consumers with billing, pricing, program inquiries, and processing rush requests.? Answer incoming phone calls through the Call Center.? Resolve consumer problems as needed, including invoice and shipping errors, returns, andgeneral inquiries? Process change requests and cancellations on existing orders as directed by the consumer? Process requests for returns and warrantee claims? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mizuno USAs product lines? Review orders to ensure that they are processing smoothly? Collaboratively maintain centralized email boxes? Maintain files and organize older returns, orders, and credit memos? Communicate with multiple departments about orders, credits, invoicing, and other relatedrequests
Required Skills/Abilities:
? Positive attitude and pleasant personality? Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to pay particular attention to detail? Excellent written and verbal communications skills? Ability to multitask different assignments at once
Education and Experience:

Previous athletic experience a plus, but not required? Proficient at using Microsoft Office? Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system preferred? Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
