Overview We're looking for a multi-talented Office Manager & Marketing Support person to join our team in Lobelville, TN. This unique role combines organization and customer care with creative marketing energy — helping us share the transformational work of Dr. Brent Davis, founder of FlorAlive and Ancient Ways Herbs. Location: Lobelville, TN | On-Site | 20–24 hrs/week | Flexible within business hours What You'll Do Oversee daily office operations at our Lobelville location Assist with order processing — check, pack, and ship wholesale/retail orders Respond to emails and answer phones with warmth and professionalism Educate customers about products (training provided) Support marketing efforts — email campaigns, social media updates, affiliate coordination Bring fresh, creative ideas to help us reach more people with our mission What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear, friendly communication (written and verbal) Detail-oriented with ability to work independently Marketing creativity (email, social media, promotions — or willingness to learn) Interest in holistic health or natural remedies a plus Comfortable with technology (WooCommerce, email platforms, Canva, etc. — training provided) Flexible 20-24 hours/week within business hours Competitive pay (commensurate with experience) How to Apply If this sounds like a fit, we'd love to meet you!
