About the role

ATOMS, the team behind Otter, is seeking a Staff Designer in San Francisco to tackle the biggest, most ambiguous problems and turn them into real, shipped solutions that feel uniquely Otter. You will own initiatives crossing teams, set direction, and raise the bar on design quality across surfaces. You will mentor designers informally, champion cohesive branding, and craft work that others can rally behind. This role is onsite in our SF office with collaborative, fast-paced environments.
