About the role

Cooper Farms in Northwest Ohio is seeking a 1st shift Further Process Operator for the Liquid Egg Products team in Fort Recovery. You will monitor food safety, operate processing equipment and support USDA/FSA compliance. Starting pay is $17.90-$21.45 per hour with potential increases after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses. Training will be provided and opportunities for growth exist within a family-owned company.
