About the role

Location: Remote
Project Management: Manage ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop baseline schedules and ensure their alignment with project objectives. Conduct regular status updates and progress tracking to identify deviations and implement corrective actions. Scheduling Expertise: Review contractor schedules to ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual agreements. Present schedule information to stakeholders and provide insights into project progress and potential risks. Lead scheduling update meetings, facilitating discussions and driving decisions to maintain project momentum. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in software tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. Prepare lookahead schedules, critical path reports, and highlight key activities to support decision-making and communication. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze project schedules, identify critical paths, and mitigate schedule risks. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements, effectively managing dynamic project environments. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and address concerns, ensuring satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scheduler, preferably in utility transmission projects.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Experience in transmission line construction projects is highly preferred.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous but not required.
Knowledge of cost control is preferred but not necessary.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
