- Graduate from an occupational therapy curriculum with a Baccalaureate Degree or Certificate in Occupational Therapy and approved by New York State Education Department.
- The candidate must be an Occupational Therapist licensed/certified by and currently registered with the New York State Education Department or who has been issued a valid permit by that department.
- Requires acute or homecare experience within the last two years.
