- Meet monthly performance goals for accuracy, quality, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare timely internal reporting of system and operational incidents
- Handle all job duties in adherence to policies and procedures
- Execute tasks in accordance with system directives
- Monitor the health of the operating system
- Record activities and archive daily logs

- Proficient with computer systems and applications

- Control room operator or related work experience

- Positive attitude ability to maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
- Demonstrated accuracy with a consistent attention to detail
- Possess independent judgment, discretion and initiative in absence of management
- Good grammatical and typing/data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Organized with proven time-management skills
