They are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist – Office Managerto join the teamon sitein White Plains, NY.Job Details Greet visitors and provide a seamless experience to clients Answer phone calls in a friendly, professional manner Manage conference room bookings and set up for meetings Receive mail and prepare for distribution Ensure neatness of reception areas and conference rooms Manage office and kitchen inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors Perform varied project work and other duties, as assigned
Salary Range: $70-75k annually, based on experience!
