Job Summary:
(List Format): 5+ years of Business Analysis experience required Must be local to Fort Worth, TX; onsite 3 days per week Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to create Journey Maps, Service Blueprints, Process Flows, Swim Lane Diagrams, and Impact Assessments Effective communicator with leadership and executive stakeholders Experience working across multiple business units and functional teams Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills No specific visa restrictions No background check or drug screen required Interviews will be conducted via video LinkedIn profile required for candidate submission Anticipated start date is 2-3 weeks after selection
