Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 06+months (with possible extension)
Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.26/hour**Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Job Requirements: 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to perform collections accurately and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and error-free work. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime based on staffing needs. Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations, including Patient Service Centers and in-office phlebotomy sites, sometimes with minimal notice. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, when applicable. Strong customer service and communication skills with patients, peers, and supervisors. Ability to make decisions using established procedures and demonstrate good judgment. Comfortable working in a changing, fast-paced environment and adapting to operational needs. Keyboard and data-entry experience required. Commitment to company policies, procedures, dress code, employee health and safety, and workplace standards. Training locations may vary depending on trainer availability. Education High school diploma or equivalent - Required Medical Assistant or Paramedic training - Preferred Phlebotomy certification - Preferred Required in California, Nevada, and Washington Preferred Experience 2 years of experience working in a Patient Service Center environment.
