About the role

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) seeks a Quality Excellence Capability Partner, North America, to design and deploy training programs that strengthen technical quality competencies across manufacturing sites and quality organizations. The role focuses on Investigation Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem Solving within BD's Quality Excellence Academy. Travel up to 25‑50% domestically and internationally, reporting to the Associate Director, BD Excellence Quality.
