About the role
Leading the implementation of the contracting onboarding model, the full-time remote Manager of Platform Adoption will ensure business units effectively adopt the Contracting Platform through operational readiness, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage a standardized onboarding program for business units migrating to the Contracting Platform
Lead readiness assessments, data validation, and coordination of training for business-unit users and internal support teams
Promote consistent use of the platform and gather user feedback to drive improvements in the onboarding experienceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
5-7 years of relevant experience in business operations, customer success, or platform implementation
2-3 years of experience leading projects or teams in a cross-functional environment
Experience in insurance, healthcare, or contracting operations is strongly preferred
Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and risks
