About the role

Hours: Monday - Saturday, 3:00pm - 1:00am
Pay: $18.50/HR
Duties: Hang, mask, and prepare parts for the paint or powder-coat line Dip parts into paint according to process requirements Perform visual quality checks to ensure proper coating and finish Use hoists and other lifting equipment to load and unload parts safely Palletize and package finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals Support general manufacturing tasks as needed
Qualifications: Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Previous paint line, powder coating, or finishing experience is a plus Ability to stand, move, bend, and turn throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Strong attention to detail for quality inspection Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Reliable attendance and willingness to learn What does Express offer to you?
