Setpoint seeks an Associate Counsel in New York, NY (Hybrid, Tue/Thu) for a full-time role focused on capital markets, structured finance, and technology transactions. You will draft and negotiate SaaS and customer agreements while aligning legal strategy with commercial goals. You’ll collaborate with the VP, Legal and Sales, monitor regulatory developments, and build scalable legal processes to support fast growth and customer trust in a complex credit ecosystem.
