About the role

Our client, a recognizable global media franchise and gaming company, is seeking a Digital Web Producer/Project Manager (non-IT) focused on strategic program and project management initiatives to join their team on a long-term contract basis!
Hourly Rate: Up to $49/hour (W2 - Max Rate)
Contract Duration: 12+ months*Ongoing need; long-term opportunity Location: Downtown Bellevue, WA (hybrid - 3 days)
Responsibilities: This role is the middle point for all marketing/creative website/app creation or website/app updates workstreams, vendor relationship management, coordinating marketing team digital content needed for various projects, assigning/resourcing writers and designers to projects etc. The Digital Web Producer/Project Manager (non-IT) is responsible for the managing and production of website and app related projects as well as working with other internal marketing teams to ensure proper coverage and communication of your projects. This role will lead the development of strategies and the management of project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders. This role is not solely task oriented; you will be a strategic partner that also takes part in the development of creative and strategy.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience within digital marketing working on web or app centric project initiatives
  • Experience managing projects/campaigns localized for multiple markets
  • Strong knowledge of website development processes and skilled in producing project plans, content matrices, project specifications etc.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing and entertainment concepts
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, milestones, and workstreams at a time
  • Experienced with stakeholder management
  • Experience managing creative and/or development agency vendors/partners
  • Familiar with common project management and accountability frameworks
