About the role
Supporting the Loan Originator in guiding clients through the loan approval process, the full-time Licensed Loan Partner will assist with applications, documentation, and relationship building with third-party partners in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between clients and the Loan Originator
Assist clients through the loan application process, ensuring all fields are completed accurately
Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage sales experience
Registered mortgage loan originator with NMLS
Proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loan products and underwriting guidelines
