About the role

Rescue Mission seeks a dedicated Client Care Specialist for the Crossroads Adult Care Facility in Syracuse, NY. The role covers Thursdays through Mondays, 2:30pm–11:00pm, with a $1.00 shift differential. You will oversee medication dispensing, support residents, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment within a Monday–Friday residential program for men facing mental, physical, or developmental challenges.
