Senior Risk Management Analyst

Focused on ensuring control management in daily operations, the full-time Senior Risk Management Analyst will assist in identifying and assessing risks across business processes and systems, support risk assessments and control monitoring, and collaborate with various business units to enhance operational risk management. Key responsibilities Assist in the identification and assessment of operational, regulatory, compliance, and customer experience risks Facilitate risk assessments and support control monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards Compile thematic risk reporting and maintain risk dashboards for ongoing monitoring and insights sharing Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in operational risk management or related fields Strong project management and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration Experience in process governance and understanding of regulatory frameworks Analytical skills to evaluate risk scenarios and support risk-based decision making Experience in supporting risk assessments and control evaluations across operational processes
