This is a position for a bilingual office assistant to provide administrative support in the office. This is not a remote position. Responsible for responding to customers' questions in a friendly and timely manner and implementing office standards to streamline our processes. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in Insurance customer service. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems Qualifications:
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers Compensation: $27,500+ yearly DOE
