We are seeking a Program Coordinator, Contingent Workforce to support our client's team. The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $75.00 – $75.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 1 year. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week.Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid); also open to Seattle, WA or NYC, NYJob SummaryProcess contingent worker lifecycle events in VNDLY, including onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and profile changesOwn VMS record administration and coordinate day-one readiness (system access, equipment, badging) and offboarding checklistsSupport contractor onboarding logistics and triage the program's inbox, ticket queue, and Slack requests within SLASupport finance/billing operations, including timesheet follow-up and invoice discrepancy resolutionReconcile rosters across systems and support monthly program reportingMaintain program documentation, communications, and vendor management admin (scorecards, QBRs)Requirements2+ years in HR operations, staffing/recruiting operations, or program coordinationExperience with a VMS or HRIS (VNDLY, Workday, Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar) strongly preferredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive worker data with accuracy and discretionStrong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, shifting environmentCustomer service mindset with a flexible, creative approach to problem-solvingFluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and SlackInterest in using automation/AI to improve processes; staffing or contingent workforce experience a plus
