Sr. Associate, Data Engineer - PySpark

Overview In this role, you will translate complex analytics problems into actionable technical solutions that guide business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data-driven insights and models across industries. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, oversee model development and deployment, and communicate results to executive stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to shape innovative analytics approaches within a global advisory practice and partner with cloud and AI service providers to implement first-in-market solutions. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive benefits packagemedical and dental plansvision coveragedisability and life insurance 401(k) planspersonal well-being benefits Responsibilities Translate analytics problems into technical approaches and present actionable recommendations Plan objectives and deliverables, manage engagement milestones, and guide data collection/processing Collaborate with Tax, Audit, and Advisory to advance data science understanding internally Coordinate with AI service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) for innovative solution approaches Lead multi-disciplinary teams to iteratively refine models and validate results Communicate results to executive audiences and stakeholders Develop, review, and ensure quality of production code and data pipelines Lead exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover trends Provide expert oversight for teams building ML algorithms and data science solutions Uphold integrity and a respectful work environment Key requirements Minimum of five years of experience leading teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics professionals Master's degree (PhD preferred) in a related field Proven track record delivering end-to-end analytics and data engineering solutions, including data discovery, cleansing, modeling, deployment, and MLOps Hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, and Snowflake Ability to apply AI techniques to business goals and understand data resources, constraints, and security Proficiency with technnologies such as Python or R; SQL and cloud experience; Linux or cloud environments; production-grade coding Ability to travel and work in the U.S. without sponsorship Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtencollaborationproblem-solvingstrong verbal/written communication Python PySparkSQL
