About the role

American Wood Fibers (AWF) is seeking a 3rd shift Packaging (Paper Systems) Operator for our Lebanon, KY plant. This full-time role focuses on starting up and running paper systems, monitoring production, and ensuring quality and safety throughout the shift. The operator will perform routine maintenance, complete changeovers, and document production data while adhering to all safety guidelines and shift schedules.
