Job Description: Insight Global is hiring a Project Manager to support a banking client in New Jersey. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 7-10 concurrent projects within a centralized Project Management Organization supporting initiatives across the enterprise. This individual will lead projects ranging from technology implementations and operational improvements to regulatory, process optimization, and business transformation efforts. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets, facilitating stakeholder meetings, coordinating across business and technology teams, preparing executive-level status reporting, and driving projects through completion. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient project leader who can quickly adapt to new subject matter, balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and effectively leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other project management technologies to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.
