About the role
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Mandarin Support Specialist will assist restaurant owners and customers with account management, order inquiries, and minor troubleshooting, while working remotely during afternoon to evening shifts.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and restaurants to address account changes and follow up on inquiries
Manage incoming tickets via CRM and document correspondence accurately between restaurants and customers
Perform minor troubleshooting for product or service issues and route calls/tickets as necessary
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Experience in a call center or food industry is a plus
Proficiency in operating a computer in a Windows-based environment
