Job Title: SailPoint Architect
Location: Remote in the USRole Type - 6–12 month contract
Must Have Skills: Deep expertise with both SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC), ideally including hands-on IIQ-to-ISC migration experience Strong IIQ customization experience, including custom workflows, connectors, reports, and similar configurations Understanding of how IIQ customizations need to be rebuilt, modified, or simplified when migrating to ISCComfort working with agentic AI tools and LLMs, including concepts such as agents, skill files, and appropriate security guardrails for customer data Strong customer-facing consulting, communication, and expectation-management skills at a senior/architect level Responsibilities and Job Details: Serve as a senior SailPoint architect supporting customer migrations from legacy IIQ environments to ISCAssess existing IIQ environments, configurations, and customizations to determine the appropriate migration approach Translate IIQ workflows, connectors, reports, and other custom functionality into solutions appropriate for ISCIdentify where existing IIQ customizations should be rebuilt, modified, simplified, or eliminated during migration Provide architectural guidance across both the source IIQ environment and target ISC environment Work directly with customers to understand requirements, communicate migration considerations, and manage expectations Operate as a trusted technical consultant throughout complex identity and access management initiatives Leverage agentic AI tools and LLM-based capabilities where appropriate while maintaining proper guardrails around sensitive customer data Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive successful migration outcomes Bring senior-level judgment and hands-on SailPoint expertise to architecture and implementation decisions
