Job Description:
Aegis Worldwide is currently partnered with a company near the New Castle, IN area that is hiring for an OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for selling and sales and are open to candidates with working experience or newer graduates for this.
Overview:
In this role, you will prospect new clients and business, then spend time out in the field, educating customers on company products and offerings. Details are below.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting, cold calling, messaging, and spending time in the market meeting with customers, educating them on company products. Complete door-to-door and prospecting event activities to generate leads and sales deals. Build a territory through various outreach methods and networking. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve questions, provide information, or relay support. Support the new customer onboarding process.
Requirements:
High school diploma required | College degree is strongly preferred One to three years working within a sales position Must have a passion and drive for outside sales, prospecting, and door-to-door activities Compensation - Base salary + Commission | Total take home is above $100,000 annually.
Schedule: Monday-Friday schedule, in-office or on the road. Some OT will be required.
Location: near New Castle, IN area.
