This position plays a key role in representing the organization with professionalism and discretion, supporting efficient day-to-day office operations, and enabling the effective delivery of core HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with confidential HR support in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment. Qualifications: Highschool diploma or equivalent required 3-5years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or office supportrole Priorexperience supporting Human Resources or People Operations stronglypreferred Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or GoogleWorkspace Strongorganizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellentverbal and written communication skills Provenability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
