About the role

Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will develop, plan, and implement key companywide strategic initiatives while focusing on business processes, operational best practices, and change management in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization Operate as a Strategy Business Partner to senior leaders, managing enterprise strategies and communicating results Drive accountability for project plans, ensuring successful execution and change management of initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, and change management 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end business process redesign 7-10 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, or enterprise software companies Advanced understanding and certifications in project management and change management
