Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, prioritization, and structured problem-solving capabilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design, learning, or a closely related discipline. Our global company celebrates and leverages the differences each employee brings to the table. Our success is a direct result of an inclusive culture where opportunities to learn from one another occur regardless of title, seniority, or background. Duck Creek is committed to providing equal opportunity to all employees and applicants and to recruit, hire, train, and reward employees based on their individual abilities, achievements, and experience without regard to race, color, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, marital status, military status, or any other protected status. We believe employees should be able to bring their authentic selves to work and are proud of our shared commitment to our Core Values: We Prioritize Respect. We Listen. We Care. We Add Value. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
