Are you an Account Executive or SaaS Sales Representative with experience selling into public safety, fire departments, or private emergency medical services (private EMS) companies? Or are you a health-tech software sales rep who has sold data-driven EHRs orEMRs, AI-powered software tools, or similar? Have you built a track record as a top-performing Account Executive in healthcare SaaS and want to make a real impact by empowering EMTs, EMS teams, and fire departments? What You Will Be Doing:
Drive full-cycle SaaS sales motions for a healthcare technology SaaS product as well as an AI-powered product to private and public EMS agencies, fire departments, and public safety customers Average deal sizes are ~$40-70K with sales cycles around 60-90 days Hunt new logos via a self-sourced pipeline as well as inbound marketing leads and SDR leads Help shape the go-to-market strategy for a newly defined sales motion Represent the company at industry conferences, virtual demos, and in-person meetings as needed Make an actual impact by delivering a product that makes a real difference for both users and patients.
What You'll Need:
3-4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in similar deal size ranges History of achieving/surpassing quota Background in EMS, fire, public safety, or adjacent tech verticals is a huge plus Comfortable self-sourcing leads and operating in a hunter sales environment Ability to explain technical or data-driven tools to non-technical operational buyers Experience selling into municipal, fire, or EMS agencies preferred What You’ll Get in Return: Competitive base pay + commission (around the $200-220k OTE mark)A commission plan built for achievers that rewards performance with accelerators and quarterly attainment bonusesA target quota that is not just attainable, it's mean to hit and exceed.
