Your responsibilities include: Ensuring privileged contact and excellent follow-up with our clients, constantly focusing on the quality of exchanges and their full satisfaction. Preparing with precision the elements indispensable for invoicing and piloting their follow-up. Managing and optimizing the order cycle, from their reception to their perfect execution. Carrying out administrative entry operations while ensuring the reliability and integrity of the data. Developing the management of a portfolio of high-potential clients mainly located in the Middle East, in French-speaking countries, and in Central Asia. Mobilizing the mastery of English in the context of your professional interactions, mainly in writing and reading.
Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrate exemplary rigor, a keen sense of organization, and an impeccable customer orientation to energize our commercial relationship.
  • Master the sales administration process from end to end: from the entry and follow-up of orders to their perfect execution.
  • Pilot with precision the invoicing, from the preparation of elements to the follow-up of payments.
  • Ensure the development and proactive management of an international portfolio of high-stakes clients, mainly located in the Middle East, in French-speaking countries, and in Central Asia.
  • Guarantee the reliability of data and the fluidity of processes through rigorous administrative management.
  • Handle professional English with ease, mainly in writing and reading, to ensure efficient international exchanges.
  • Job conditions:
  • Contract: CDD initially. Work time: Part-time, with a perspective of evolution towards full-time.
