Position Summary The 1695 Group is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Residential Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Arlington, VA. This is a full-time, on-site, commission-based opportunity (no base salary) designed for a driven professional who wants to build meaningful client relationships and, over time, step into leadership by developing and managing their own team. In this role, you will guide clients through the buying and selling process, provide strategic market insight, and manage transactions from consultation through closing. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, and eager to grow within a high-performance, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the residential transaction process Provide informed guidance on pricing strategy, market conditions, and property positioning Lead and manage negotiations to secure optimal outcomes for clients Build and nurture long-term client relationships and referral pipelines Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings Identify business development opportunities and contribute to team growth Work toward eventual leadership responsibilities, including the opportunity to build and lead your own team Qualifications Active Real Estate License required (licensed in DC, MD, VA — any combination strongly preferred) Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in residential real estate sales Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a team leadership role Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills High level of self-motivation, organization, and accountability Familiarity with the Arlington and greater Washington, D.C. metro market is highly advantageous Ability to thrive in a commission-only, performance-driven environment Collaborative mindset with a client-first approach Compensation Commission-based role Significant upside for high performers motivated to build and scale their business J-18808-Ljbffr
