Senior Business FacilitatorCorgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Senior Business Facilitator to join the firm as part of our Data Centers team. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.Business Facilitator ManagementBusiness Operations & Process ImprovementEvaluate business processes, workflows, systems, and reporting tools to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and quality.Develop and implement operational improvements aligned with firm standards, policies, and strategic objectives in support of our Project Managers, Principals, and the Sector.Partner with project and sector leadership to develop and drive adoption of new processes, technologies, reporting tools, and best practices that enhance business performance.Business Performance & ReportingDevelop, maintain, and communicate key business performance metrics and dashboards that support sector leadership decision making.Monitor and analyze business and project performance indicators, including accounts receivable, utilization, contract tracking and status, proposal pipeline, additional services, project financial health, and business development activities.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations related to staffing, project performance, operational priorities, and business growth.Business Facilitator Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop Business Facilitators through coaching, performance management, career development planning, and ongoing feedback.Foster a collaborative, service focused culture centered on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Establish role expectations, performance measures, and development plans to ensure the effectiveness of Business Facilitation services.Assess staffing needs, support recruiting efforts, and conduct performance evaluations to meet current and future sector demands.Program ManagementPortfolio Management & CoordinationProvide portfolio level coordination and oversight for strategic client accounts, supporting alignment of client requirements, business practices, and project delivery approaches across multiple projects and project teams.Partner with Principals and Project Managers to promote communication, consistency, and effective execution across the client portfolio.Maintain visibility into client initiatives, project pipelines, and upcoming opportunities to support forecasting, resource planning, and business development efforts.Client & Portfolio SupportIn coordination with our PMs and Principals, develop and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and key project stakeholders to support communication, identify emerging needs, and strengthen portfolio performance.Help ensure client requirements, decisions, and portfolio level initiatives are communicated, understood, and implemented consistently across project teams.Cross Project CollaborationMonitor portfolio schedules, milestones, deliverables, and key action items to identify risks, communication gaps, and opportunities for improved coordination.Collaborate with project leadership to address portfolio related issues, support accountability, and facilitate timely resolution of challenges impacting multiple projects.Facilitate the sharing of lessons learned, client preferences, standards, and project information to improve efficiency and consistency across project teams.Financial & Business PerformanceMonitor portfolio level financial performance, including fees, revenue, profitability, additional services, accounts receivable, and other key business metrics.Support project teams in forecasting workload, revenue, and resource needs while promoting consistent business practices and contract administration across the portfolio.Key Skills and AttributesDemonstrates ability to evaluate project and portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decision making.Ability to balance attention to detail with a broader portfolio and business perspective, effectively managing near term priorities while supporting long term objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field required.10+ years of experience within the AEC industry, including leadership responsibilities in project management, program management, business operations, project controls, client account management, or related disciplines.Demonstrated experience leading and developing professional staff within a multidisciplinary environment.Experience supporting large client portfolios, multi project programs, or strategic client accounts.Strong understanding of project and portfolio financial management, including fee planning, forecasting, utilization, profitability, accounts receivable, and business performance reporting.Experience developing and implementing operational improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.Proficiency with business management systems and reporting platforms, including project management, financial, CRM, resource planning, and project information management tools.Proven ability to influence outcomes and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.PMP certification or equivalent program management credential preferred.This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
