The team has collectively financed over $50 billion of public and private capital raises, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. The Think Equity model is built around the client’s needs, no matter how complicated or around the clock attention is required, and to identify solutions that help them to create value for their investors.
Role Description: We are seeking a full-time, on-site Equity Sales professional (Series 7 licensed) for our flagship Boca Raton Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and qualifying super accredited high net worth investors and institutional investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices)
  • Marketing the firm’s equity transactions and venture capital private placements. Offering corporate access to investors
  • Booking and managing deal and non-deal roadshows in the US and overseas
This role requires strong collaboration with the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
Compensation: Starting base salary of $35,360 with the opportunity to earn much more through commissions.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, Florida
  • Prior sales or relevant experience is a plus
Series 7 is a plus but not required. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
