About the role
- Monday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: Administrative day, typically up to 6 hours
- Wednesday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: ClosedTeam members arrive approximately 15 minutes before the first patient
- CompensationUp to $35 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated treatment-coordination skills

- Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Build rapport and establish trust with patients throughout the treatment-planning process
- Educate patients on recommended treatment, value, timing, and next steps
- Communicate larger treatment plans in a way patients can easily understand
- Discuss financial arrangements, insurance considerations, and available payment options
- Identify and address concerns that may prevent patients from moving forward with treatment
- Confidently handle objections related to cost, timing, fear, and treatment commitment
- Maintain consistent follow-up with patients who have unscheduled or pending treatment
- Re-engage patients with outstanding treatment plans
- Work toward strong case-acceptance and treatment-conversion goals
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical team members to ensure patients receive consistent information
- Maintain accurate treatment and follow-up documentation
- Help maintain an organized and productive patient schedule
- Provide an exceptional patient experience from treatment presentation through scheduling

- Modern technology supporting comprehensive and cosmetic treatment
- Previous dental Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to achieve strong case acceptance and close larger treatment plans
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements with patients
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Confident and persuasive without being overly aggressive
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable being accountable for results
- Strong follow-up skills and persistence with unscheduled treatment
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with doctors, patients, and team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused dental environment
- Knowledge of PPO and fee-for-service dentistry preferred
- Experience with cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, and comprehensive treatment presentations is highly desirable
- Oryx experience is a plus
