About the role

Job TitleHelp This vacancy may be filled at the GS-05 level as a developmental position. Work assignments are progressively complex and intended to broaden your skills and provide you with practical experience to prepare you to perform at the target grade level. At the target grade level, the major duties are: Maintains organized filing systems and keeps commissary records updated and accessible. Coordinates with various departments to collect information needed for reports and routine management updates. Produces documents, reports, and other administrative materials using standard office software and automation tools. Serves as the commissary's main point of contact for personnel matters, ensuring paperwork and actions are processed correctly through the servicing human resources office. Manages the tracking, procurement, distribution, and disposal of supplies and equipment necessary for commissary operations. This position offers promotion potential to a higher grade. To prepare you for the higher grade, work assignments will be progressively more complex. After meeting all qualifications and requirements for the next grade level and with your supervisor's recommendation, you may be promoted without further competition.
