Your mission:
Use an RF scanner to locate, verify, and pick the right items, every time. Stage merchandise so it’s ready for the next shipping step, keep your area spotless, and follow safety and company rules. You’ll own your accuracy and productivity metrics, and you’ll speak up quickly if you encounter inventory inconsistencies, damaged goods, or device issues. You’ll also jump in on other warehouse tasks whenever needed.
Core responsibilities:
Locate and select items by RF scanner according to order requirements. Scan and validate barcodes and quantities for accuracy. Prepare picked merchandise for subsequent shipping processes. Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Meet or exceed department standards for productivity and accuracy. Communicate discrepancies, damaged items, or scanner problems to a supervisor. Support additional warehouse duties as assigned. What it takes Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred. RF scanner proficiency required. Comfort operating in a fast-paced warehouse. Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Strong attendance and punctuality. Track record of meeting productivity and quality expectations. Schedule Full-time; schedule and shift to be determined based on business needs.4:00 AM-12:45 PM Monday-Friday OT Mandatory ToolsRF Scanner Compliance Must be able to pass E-Verify and Background.
