About the role
Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will build scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot to intelligently distribute voice and digital interactions in real time across agents, queues, and channels. The role focuses on high availability, low latency, and API-driven integration with telephony, CRM, analytics, and WFM.
