About the role
- Own and continuously develop WIT’s content strategy, roadmap and editorial calendar
- Translate company, marketing and sales priorities into clear content plans and campaigns
- Identify content opportunities based on audience needs, industry trends, customer insights and relevant cultural moments
- Own customer storytelling, proactively identifying strong stories and turning customer results into case studies, campaigns, sales assets and content across multiple channels
- Create and manage content across formats, including:
- Social contentCEO and leadership team branding and thought leadership
- Blogs and articles
- Customer stories and case studies
- Reports, guides and whitepapers
- Landing pages and website copy
- Email campaigns Video scripts and multimedia content
- Develop content across the buyer journey, from awareness and demand generation through to nurture, conversion and sales enablement
- Own and evolve WIT’s tone of voice, helping establish a distinctive and consistent brand style
- Work with internal subject-matter experts to uncover ideas, perspectives and insights and turn them into compelling content
- Partner closely with our internal creative team to develop strong creative concepts and bring content and campaigns to life
- Build and manage email content and campaigns within HubSpotMaximize the value of strong content by intelligently repurposing ideas and assets across channels and formats
- Track content performance and use insights to improve topics, formats, distribution and future strategy
- Identify and test new content formats, channels and opportunities for audience, engagement and pipeline growth
- 3-5 years’ experience creating high-quality B2B and/or B2C content across multiple channels and formats
- Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills, with a strong sense of tone and storytelling
- A commercial mindset and experience using content to support demand generation, lead generation and sales
- Passion, energy, creativity and resourcefulness, with the ability to work autonomously and bring ideas to the table
- Strong editorial judgment and an understanding of what makes content perform across different audiences and channels
- Experience working with internal experts and customers to uncover and develop compelling stories
- A good eye for design and experience partnering with creative teams to bring ideas to life
- Experience with CRM/email platforms such as HubSpot and paid social is a plus
