Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, supporting the CEO as a Personal Assistant. The role includes managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing internal and external appointments. Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining records, and assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed. The Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and proactively anticipating the CEO’s needs.
Qualifications: Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support high-level leadership and office operations. Proven Personal Assistance experience, including managing personal tasks and errands with discretion and reliability. Effective Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, calendar organization, and meeting coordination. Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and record keeping. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional interpersonal abilities. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and experience handling confidential information. Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).Prior experience supporting a senior executive, ideally within real estate, finance, or a related industry. Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a comparable field is beneficial.
