About the role
Safety Insurance Company is seeking a Total Loss Adjuster based in Boston, MA to investigate, evaluate, and settle auto total loss claims. This in-office role handles the full claim lifecycle with emphasis on compliance, customer service, and timely settlements. You will review damage estimates, determine actual cash value, and negotiate settlements within authority while maintaining meticulous claim files and providing excellent service to policyholders and claimants.
