Records Retention Project Position Work Site: Gary, IN. 46402 Short Description: This position is part of the records retention project. Files and deals with correspondence and performs other general office duties.
Complete Description:
The position will help organize current records based on their type and retention schedules. Incumbent will be making copies, completing basic forms, removing paper/binder clips and documenting the files before packaging and shipping to the Records Center. Incumbent performs standardized and non-standardized tasks and requires incumbent to effectively manage agency resources while keeping consistent with agency policies and laws affecting the agency.
Skills:
High School Diploma - Required Ability to work independently - Required Ability to attend to detail and maintain accuracy and confidentiality - Required Ability to lift between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs. - Required Agency Interview Type: In person only Work Arrangement: Onsite
