What You'll Do: Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Read and apply construction plans and specs. Keep everything safe and compliant. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Report progress to the project leader.
What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering 5 years of commercial construction experience (metal framing, drywall, and other related specialty construction is a plus)
  • Valid Virginia Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Skills We Love:
  • Knowledge of building materials, methods, and tools
  • Math whiz (arithmetic, algebra, geometry)
  • Blueprint reading skills
  • Top-notch communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Tech-savvy (Procore knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong safety focus (CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30 certifications)
