About the role
Kapitus seeks an experienced Director of Product, Merchant Acquisition & Growth to lead top-of-funnel strategy and scale merchant onboarding. You’ll guide a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts to optimize the sales funnel, drive lead generation, and accelerate growth through AI-enabled processes.
You will collaborate with the Director of Product, Decisioning & Underwriting to ensure a cohesive end-to-end journey from initial touchpoint to funding, shaping an ambitious product roadmap
