Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Follow treatment plans designed to address social, behavioral, or academic goals. Track and document student progress, collecting accurate data to assess outcomes. Participate in team meetings, contributing insights about student needs and successes. Communicate regularly with teachers, school counselors, and families regarding student achievements and challenges. Support the creation of positive learning environments that foster student growth and inclusion.
