About the role
- Lead moving crews on residential and commercial relocations
- Supervise jobs from start to finish to ensure efficiency and professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
- Safely load, unload, pack, and transport furniture and household goods
- Handle high-value and delicate items with care and attention to detail
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed
- Train and motivate crew members while maintaining company standards
- Ensure safety procedures and best practices are followed on every job
- Work alongside your crew in a hands-on leadership role
- Previous moving experience required
- Leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items throughout the workday
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English proficiency required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- $22–$28 per hour + tips (based on experience)
