About the role

The Firearms Accountability & Industry Responsibility Unit is a newly established division within the Office of the Attorney General. As Section Chief, you will supervise attorneys and investigators, including outside counsel, and oversee civil enforcement actions under HB21/SB27. The role requires a strong litigator with experience designing complex investigations and building affirmative cases.
